Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on Australian orders over $99.99. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email us at info@skulpturewear.com.au with your order number and details of your issue. Once your request is approved, we'll email you instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
What condition do returns need to be in?
Items must be carefully repacked, unworn, unwashed, clean and in their original condition, including all packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue Skulpture store credit as a digital gift card, sent to your email within 2–3 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
