Does Skulpture restock ranges?
No, we do not tend to restock our items.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Australian Customers:
A tracking number will be issued via email from Australia Post to customers 1-2 business days after placing an online order.
International Customers:
To track your DHL international order, find the unique tracking number in your shipping confirmation email from the sender. Once you have found this you may enter it on the main DHL tracking page or MYDHL+ to see shipping progress. If you cannot find the tracking number, contact the shipper for the number.
My order has gone missing?
Australian Customers:
Please contact Australian Post and provide them with your tracking number before contacting Skulpture. If you are not satisfied with their assistance regarding your order, please feel free to contact us.
International Customers:
Please contact DHL Shipping and provide them with your unique tracking number and other important details regarding your order. If your issue is not resolved, feel free to contact us.
My item doesn't fit and I want to exchange for another size.

When will my order be shipped?
We will always try our best to ship out your order the same day. During busy periods, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped to your address.
